Deadlines
Registration opens: January 8th, 2024
Early registration deadline: February 22nd, 2024
Regular registration deadline: April 18th, 2024
Late registration deadline: April 26th, 2024
WinMUN VII date: April 28th, 2024
Invoices will be sent out starting February 12th, 2024
Committee assignments are released on a rolling basis beginning in mid-February, no longer than two weeks after registration. More detailed deadlines and information will be sent upon successful registration.
Note: Late registration fees are the same as regular registration, but delegates may not get their choice of committee.
Costs and Fees
WinMUN charges a single delegate fee for each member of a delegation. Delegations that bring 8 or more members will get a discounted price!
WinMUN aims to be accessible for as many delegates as possible. If your delegation would like to request financial aid, please contact winchester.hmun@gmail.com

Refund Policy
If a delegate cannot participate in the conference and notifies us by March 31st, 2024, we will do everything possible to provide a full refund. However, we cannot guarantee a refund after that date.
