Deadlines
Registration opens: October 1st, 2024
Early registration deadline: December 20th, 20245
Regular registration deadline: March 7th, 2026
Late registration deadline: March 21st, 2026
WinMUN VIII date: April 12th, 2026
Committee assignments and background guides/dossiers are released on a rolling basis beginning in mid-February. More detailed deadlines and information will be sent upon successful registration.

Costs & Fees
WinMUN charges a delegate fee for each member of a delegation (school). Invoices will be sent out within 2 weeks of registration. Payments are due March 28th for all deadlines at the latest.
WinMUN aims to be as accessible as possible. If your delegation would like to request financial aid, please contact winchester.hmun@gmail.com
Refund Policy
If a delegate cannot participate in the conference and has submitted payment already. Please notify us by March 31st, 2025 and we will do everything possible to provide a full refund. However, we cannot guarantee a refund after that designated date.
